Our group lessons are offered year round for any age or ability level. All of our lessons are 1/2 hour long taught by our well trained and energetic staff.
Ages 3 & Under
Ages 3 and Up
Beginner and Intermediate Swimmers
All classes are 30 minutes long with a maximum of 4 children per group.Our starfish students are from ages 3-5 who are ready to start their swimming adventure. Starfish swimmers are taught the basics in swimming by getting comfortable in and around the water. Graduates of this level will be able to swim independently for 5-7 ft .
Our Seahorse level is for students ages 3 - 5 who are able to swim 5 to 7 ft. independently and are ready to learn the correct swim techniques. Seahorse swimmers will learn the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke while also making them stronger, more confident swimmers.
This level is designed for students ages 3-5 who are already intermediate swimmers. This level will help perfect a swimmers freestyle technique and introduce them to side breathing. Otters will also be instructed on the correct backstroke arms. The goal of this class is to have a complete freestyle and backstroke swim ready for competition .
Our Jellyfish classes are for our older students ages 6 - 12 who are ready to start their swimming adventure or overcome their water fears. Jellyfish swimmers are learning the basics in swimming by getting comfortable in and around the water. Graduates of this level will be able to swim independently for 7 to 10 ft.
Our Sea Turtle students are swimmers ages 6 - 12 who are able to swim 7 to 10 ft. independently and are ready to learn proper swim techniques. This class will focus on the correct fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke.
Our Stingray program is for swimmers ages 6 - 12 who can perform beginner freestyle and backstroke. This class is designed to perfect freestyle and introduces side breathing. Stingrays will also be instructed on the correct backstroke form.
Ages 3 and Up
Advanced Swimmers
Our Walrus program is for swimmers who have mastered their freestyle with side breathing and their backstroke. Walrus swimmers are introduced to the breaststroke kicks and arms as well as bilateral breathing in their freestyle. Walruses are also instructed on the basics of treading water.
Orcas are strong swimmers who possess 3 out of 4 competitive swim strokes. Orcas practice endurance, speed and competitive technique on freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. They will also be introduced to beginner butterfly and will begin learning flip turns.
There are two Hammerhead levels each 60 minutes in length. Hammerheads will now transition into the competitive swimming field. They will learn drills, flip turns, dive starts, and other competitive skills while also working on their endurance, speed and technique.
Recreational Team
Our Recreational team is great for swimmers looking to improve their competitive skills without the commitment of a full time swim team. During this 90 minute class, swimmers will work on their endurance, speed, and overall swimming technique.
