It's never too late to develop your appreciation for swimming. Whether you may be afraid of swimming or just want a tune up of your swimming skills, Water Wings can help. We offer many different types of adult lessons to fit all your swimming needs.
Adult Private Lessons
Private lessons can be the best fit for any individual looking to improve your swimming ability. We can cater our lessons for a more personalized class to fit your swimming needs. Private lessons can be used as a tool for first time swimmers looking to get the fundemental skills or someone who is looking to improve on current swimming abilities. Our private lessons are 30 minutes in duration and are one on one with the instructor. Private lessons are held at all four of our facilities and can be scheduled around times that meet your needs.
Adult Group Lessons
Currently offered at our Summerlin location, Water Wings Swim School offers small group lessons for adults. Our group class has a maximum of four adults per class for a 30 minute lesson. We start from the basic skills of swimming and work up to competitive stroke work. Classes are offered both in the mornings and late evenings to meet your needs. Please call our Summerlin office for scheduled times.
Adult Lap Classes
Looking for a way to get a great work out, improve your swimming stamina, or just want a fun and exciting way to burn those calories. What better way than to join an adult Lap Swim class. This is an hour long, swim class for adults who currently posses the skills to swim laps. Our adult lap class is for both Novice and Advanced swimmers taught by Las Vegas's finest swim coaches. Lap class is offered at all four of our locations. Workouts and difficulty levels may vary between our locations so please check with your local school for more information on scheduling and skill level. This class is not for beginner swimmers.
Adult Water Aerobics
Everyone can participate in water aerobics, regardless of size, shape or fitness level. If you are looking for a form of exercise that provides a full body workout, without any impact on your joints, water aerobics is a great choice. Working out in the pool is an excellent non-impact way to build strength, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility.
